Nate Husser recently released his new album, "All Time High." This is a 10-track project with a lot of heat and a few big features that bring some exciting new verses. The project begins with the track "On a Roll," which has a darker vibe and atmosphere due to the instrumentals and his cadence on the track. Nate's mellow yet powerful delivery is what gives the track its distinct sound. His major collaborations on the project include LUCKI on "Lil Big", "Gwapanese" with BabyTron, and "On Deck" with Cousin Stizz. "On Deck" is my personal favorite track from the album, with "On a Roll" coming in a close second. I like the vibe and the stark contrast between the tracks on the album. He provided us with a diverse set of sounds and features to suit a variety of hip hop subgenres. "Dwayne Carter Flow," his most popular song, has garnered 2.5 million streams. The project has a few sleepers that haven’t yet caught on, “New Money,” “Fuck it Up,” and “Calamari.” His energy and creativity on these tracks are some of the best on the project. “Fuck it Up,” and “Calamari,” are definitely some of the highlights of the album. The instrumentals and beat on “Fuck it Up” has this bouncy and vibrant vibe to them. Nate delivers a great and underrated performance on that track. “Calamari” is the same story, this track has a more lyrical approach with a very unique instrumental backing it up. His cadence and flow switch in this track alone sets him apart from the rest. He nails this sound so well that I feel like he has been doing this lyrical woke rap his entire life. But that can be said for most of the other tracks on the project. Just super versatile and marketable. His voice and his very precise cadence contribute significantly to this. That gets amplified and changed slightly depending on the beat and vibes of the track, but he has so much versatility in this project that I can't even begin to describe his sound and style. He combines an open box, experimental approach with a mainstream look and feel. The overall production quality and beat selection are outstanding. As previously stated, the features were well chosen and felt purposeful. This all contributes to the project's success and overall quality. It's a nonstop project with a few classics and others that will catch on over time. I can't wait to see more from Nate.  Whatever he releases next, we'll be here to appreciate it.
