FOUNDER & CEO
Maxim Bayarsky is a distinguished creative director, entrepreneur, and the visionary founder of DMTV, a multi-media company based in Ontario, Canada. With a deep passion for the music industry and a keen eye for innovative content, Maxim established DMTV to spotlight the vibrant Toronto music scene.
Maxim's extensive expertise spans various facets of the entertainment industry, and his commitment to excellence has been instrumental in DMTV's success. Maxim Bayarsky continues to lead DMTV with a vision to elevate and celebrate the diverse voices within the Canadian music landscape.
SHANE SHAW
A&R/ TALENT SCOUTER & CO-HOST OF MINUTE OF MUSIC
Shane Shaw, who calls himself "Mr. One Call," began his career by cleaning floors and working behind the bar at Live Nation venues. Over the past few years, through networking and long work nights, he has climbed the ranks. Now, as a manager of upcoming artists and a promoter of nightclubs, he is becoming a significant influence in the Toronto music scene.
Shane is a crucial resource known for getting talent on stage, in clubs, and in studios. He prioritizes artists and the fan experience, which led him to join the DMTV team in early 2024. A major advocate for live performances, Shane is the man who scouts and finds talent across the city to display on the DMTV platform along side Maxim.
ELiXR
MULTI-MEDIA COORDINATOR
ELiXR is a multi-disciplinary artist, creative director, and DJ with over 10 years of experience across visual arts, creative direction, music, and many more. At DMTV, his roles span from set design and production assistance to creating promotional content to DJing the underground showcases and many more. Known for his ability to adapt to any medium, ELiXR ensures every project is executed with precision and creativity, bringing innovative solutions that resonate with both audiences and clients.
With a unique ability to blend his background in visual arts with the energy of the music scene, ELiXR plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction at DMTV. His previous mentorships with world-class artists and his deep understanding of the art and music industries allow him to deliver exceptional work across all platforms. His commitment to pushing creative boundaries and exceeding expectations makes him an invaluable asset to the DMTV team.

Chris Mxri is a sharp-minded writer and strategist who serves as the backbone of DMTV’s operations. Her expertise in both the modeling and art industries has equipped her with a strong strategic mindset, allowing her to navigate the complexities of creative business management with ease.
