Lindasson has just released a fantastic, energetic track titled "Brain Dead." Lindasson has been consistently dropping bangers in recent months, including songs like "Accepting My Flaws," "Eighties (Remix)," and now "Brain Dead." Lindasson possesses the capacity to create melodic music that is both catchy and lyrically rich. hi s flows and cadence are always spot on and are a huge highlight of his music. His distinct voice and delivery are extremely addicting, and it really comes through when listening to the music on a playlist mixed in with other tracks. I saw this between performances on my first DMTV showcase this past Sunday, May 15th. We had music from the DMTV Spotify playlist playing between every set, and when I heard Lindasson's single hit, it was just so perfect and was so distinctly him. The track punched through the rest and was a statement that left me excited. This single delivers on production once again, with a simple yet excellent instrumental and a punchy beat that gives the song a powerful backbone. I really enjoy his adlibs; the "yeeee" he says at the beginning of the track is a signature move that always gets me pumped and builds the hype before the beat drops. I believe that something as simple as an adlib may make a significant difference in an artist's sound and brand as we see here with Lindasson. The talented Marcusletts created an extremely entertaining and colorful visual for this track. One of my personal favorites in the city. There aren't many highly creative directors around here; I'm one of those that push the boundaries, but I'm so pleased to see Marcus doing his thing and bringing fun and amazing visuals to the city. This is yet another playlist magnet that will most certainly make it onto some major playlists and will be on repeat for months to come.
