So So - Haviah Mighty ft. Dai Burger
Haviah Mighty
Haviah Mighty released her latest album titled "Stock Exchange" back in November of 2021 with the final single titled, "So So," with Dai Burger. This is a vibrant, energetic party feeling track that will get you in the mood for the summer. This album is just one of many things Haviah has done over the past year, including performing at the Junos and ultimately making her mark. Every song she releases breathes passion and love for the art, and it is now receiving the acclaim it deserves. Haviah spits some aggressive bars over a classic beat with a beautiful melodic hook. Dai Burger also had an amazing performance with her own voice, which reminds me of Niki Minaj with her Canadian origins and a big touch of her own style. I just love how she has found her sound and cadence and is going full in with the utmost confidence. I really like their vocal contract on the track. Both produced hefty bars and spit some game, all while being supported by high-quality production and fun vibrant visuals. I absolutely adore the lively, vibrant vibe that the video creates because the song already has that energy and the video just amplifies it. Even though the album was released in November of 2021, I'm still covering it today. I believe the project had exceeded expectations on so many levels that the music became timeless. This is demonstrated by the fact that it appears on numerous playlists, including the Northern Bars playlist on Spotify's editorials. It's currently the number one song on there, and Haviah is featured on the front cover. Even we featured it on our Digital Music Spotify playlist. I'm curious to see where Haviah goes next, what the next release will be, and when it will be released. I’m also gonna keep a look out for Dai, she delivered an excellent verse and has this memorable tone and vibe that is just great to see. Toronto women are winning and taking over the city's rap scene, and I love it. Some of the best female artists are emerging from our city, which is quite inspiring.
