Zhali recently released his latest full-length album, "Distant Reality." This project is fantastic; every detail was carefully chosen and executed flawlessly. "Take off," featuring Guss, is my personal favourite. Zhali, as usual, gave an outstanding performance. I like the structure of this track because it allows Guss to shine. Guss opens up the track, and Zhali closes it off respectfully. I like the duo a lot, I feel their voices contrast and mesh very well on the track.  The instrumentals and beat selection are among the best on the project. Props to Strawberymusic for producing the track.  Guss has grown a lot in the last year, and you can see it in his voice and delivery. His last release was his full length project titled "SCARY" where he really delivered an amazing performance. This is still a classic and now legendary project in the underground Toronto scene. We definitely need more Guss; it's been a long time without new music, and it's time to bring another project or a list of major singles to the plate. Zhali on the other hand has been grinding and applying pressure on everyones neck this year.  With a slew of singles and a major collaborations like the one with Burna Bandz on "Tap Out." This album is jam-packed with banger. Some of them range from "Motion," "Real Life," and "Wishing Well," featuring the homie SB. Zhali has definitely mastered his cadence. After hearing this project it showcased his full sound and style. His confidence cadence and smooth rhythmic flow and melodic delivery really bring something fun to the table.
