Recently, SBWITDADASH unveiled his latest album, titled "OUTTA SIGHT OUTTA MIND," comprising 12 impressive tracks that have surpassed my expectation. This project is undoubtedly a significant leap forward from his previous work, demonstrating his growth and artistic maturity. Even though his previous album remains one of the top projects in the underground scene, this album takes a deeper dive into SBWITDADASH's creative mindset, showcasing his ever-growing musical style and versatility. What sets this album apart from his previous work is the inclusion of some of his close friends, including Zhali, MOESKI, and Guss, all of whom are talented artists in the Toronto music scene. These are all talented artists that I have covered extensively before. The features were thoughtfully integrated and added value to the project, creating a cohesive and well-rounded musical experience for the listeners. One of the standout tracks on the album is "Melodic Opp Musik," which happens to be my personal favorite. The energy of the song is infectious, with Guss delivering an outstanding verse that is both memorable and distinct. SBWITDADASH's trademark high-pitched and melodic cadence complements the song's beat perfectly, elevating the song to new heights. His consistency in creating catchy hooks and infectious melodies has undoubtedly contributed to his success and rising popularity. The diversity in styles showcased in this album is remarkable and refreshing, revealing SBWITDADASH's creative range and adaptability. For instance, "American Idol" has a different flow and melody style compared to his usual sound, reminiscent of Drake's recent work. "Nasty," on the other hand, features a reggaeton-inspired beat that gives the song a summery vibe that is easy to groove to. Despite the variations, SBWITDADASH's signature sound and melodic approach remain consistent throughout the album, adding a unique flavor to each song. Although "Love My Glee" represents the classic SBWITDADASH sound that fans have come to know and love, the album's other tracks showcase his versatility, revealing his ability to execute different sounds and styles effortlessly. His tonal shifts and flow switches on each track inject fresh energy and excitement, making each song stand out in its unique way. "OUTTA SIGHT OUTTA MIND" is a promising step forward for SBWITDADASH, and I am excited to see where his musical journey takes him next.
