Gizzle recently released his new album, "GraveYards And JailCells." This is a full-length project with 14 tracks. "Paranoid," "Lie To Me," and "Spread My Wings" are among my personal favourites. The album is full of incredible tracks like these, as well as a nice diverse sound wave; he has a good variety of sounds and deliveries throughout this project. Gizzle has a cadence that changes and adapts to the vibe and beat. He has a certain energy to his delivery that exudes confidence and determination. I love his ability to flow effortlessly over these beats, and the overall production on the project is fantastic. He has Atlanta-style beats, drill beats, and melodic high-energy beats to satisfy all popular areas of hiphop. It's a nice wide range of tracks to bring something interesting to the table and have something for all types of rap fans. Gizzle seems to cater to a wide range of rap fans; he's not a poster boy like Drake or Tory Lanes. He is all about the music and making his bread and I love that. "Lie To Me" has an infectious energy to it, and his delivery is pure and filled with passion. I love his vocal range, his ability to push his vocals to they clean high notes are amazing. He's not drenched in autotune, but he's definitely hitting these notes with some autotune flair. His voice is the focal point of the song; the beat serves as the foundation, and his voice punches through everything. Its distinct crispiness is something I appreciate. "Paranoid" and "Spread My Wings" were two other standout tracks. "Paranoid" has a fantastic beat selection, and the energy and atmosphere created by the instrumentals alone make this track so powerful. This is also my favourite voice style Gizzle has established; it has his best cadence sound. In this song, I really like the tone and passion in his voice. This project has delivered many great tunes, each of which brings something slightly different to the table and contributes to the overall experience of the project. I'm looking forward to hearing more from Gizzle; he appears to be a very high-quality artist with a vision and a style that would dominate the city. I'm hoping to hear about some major collaborations in the future, as well as another possible project.
