Free Dope 3 - Yung Tory
Yung Tory
Yung Tory's most recent release is a Deluxe edition of his Free Dope 3 album. This Deluxe edition has a total of 21 songs. It contains heavy hitters such as "AMG," "Diamonds," and "Fake Love." All of these singles were released prior to the album. Here are three album exclusives that I thought were really excellent. "Tory's World," "Studio Trapping," and "Head in the Clouds' ' are a few examples. These provide a new level of versatility to the table. This should go without saying, but Yung Tory has perfected his sound. This is the most polished version of Tory; he radiates a level of confidence that can only be attained later in one's career. His delivery is always dynamic and entertaining. His level of enthusiasm is unmatched, as seen by his music videos. Tory's carisma and comedy were clearly shown in the "Fake Love" video, it's an energy-packed visual. His videos tend to bring out his fun side and it just makes it a lot more enjoyable to watch and heightens the replay value. He has worked with guys like Carlton Visuals, and Marcus Letts to bring us some cinematic visuals to the city. The album demonstrates Yung Tory's versatility; tracks like "AMG'' are powerful and energetic, while others, like "Sea Me Now," are more melodic and relaxing. His vocal tones are excellent, and his delivery is unique and solid. His voice is recognizable; the way he begins and ends his sentences is unique to Tory; no one does it like him, and it makes him stand out. The last thing you want is to be featured on a tune and have no idea who is who. This is consistent with his attitude to music. His mixing, aside from the cadence, has been consistent and precise. This might be because he spends a lot of time in LA and surrounds himself with top producers and engineers. But there's no denying that his output is excellent. This album really captures his brilliance and range; he provides a variety of flows and deliveries. The album has a bright and cheerful mood to it. It's a no-skip album, which is not easy to do. Tory is a force; his productivity is incredible; he has released more music in 2020 than most artists have in their entire discography, and it's all bangers. Tory has unquestionably found his sound and lane, and this album demonstrates that. I'm looking forward to seeing what narrative comes out next.
