"Feelings" is the latest single from DSG. This song is noteworthy because of the power in his delivery, the message, and the passion. DSG has worked hard to achieve this sound, and it's the most polished he's ever sounded. Over the previous two years, there has been an incredible improvement. However, it is a testament to DSG's quality that I cover all of his releases. A simple yet powerful guitar riff opens the instrumentals. Slowly building emotion, the beat drops, and DSG launches into his hook. I said it before and I will say it again, DSG has mastered the art of crafting a memorable and catchy hook. This one also brings a level of emotional value cause of the substance of the lyrics. This song has some deep lyrics that deal with some serious issues. This song conveys the idea so perfectly that it can really bring a man to tears when visualized in your head. It’s some heavy shit for an average listener but it’s also beautiful at the same time.  One of the things I admire about DSG is his ability to confidently share his story. I can tell he's been through a lot, and being able to deliver some of those experiences and put them down on paper isn't simple, and he doesn't get enough credit for it. Another reason music comes naturally to him is that his past has been a curse for him, but he is working to convert it into a blessing. By all accounts, this is a masterpiece and one of my favorite tracks to date. I'm looking forward to hearing what he has in store for us next.
