EB3N just released his latest single titled “Uninvited” to a lot of excited fans. This track not only lives up to the hype but also exceeds its ten folds. EB3N is one talented guy that has so much to offer. Everything from the track to the cover art feels purposeful. There is just this strong sense of quality and passion that is just not possible to fake. Speaking of the cover art, it alone earns high marks from me. As someone who works in the field of filming and editing, I'm always thrilled to see quality cover art that centers around the main idea of the image rather than just using random text to fill in the space. I particularly love textless covers that let the image speak for itself, and this one is already iconic. The warm tones and the beautiful sun rays streaming through the window are simple yet powerful additions that give it that extra edge and memorability. EB3N is an artist who takes his craft seriously, and his discography clearly demonstrates that. The production behind his music is top-notch, and “Uninvited” is no exception. The punchy yet bright instrumentals set the tone for the entire track, using an electronic guitar as the base instrument with some heavy mixing and echo effects. This gives it a larger-than-life feel that also gives it a more vibrant aesthetic. The warm and bright atmosphere of the track is reflected in the cover art, as mentioned earlier, creating a cohesive experience for the listener. The beat kicks in with a powerful 808 kick mixed with the simple yet classic hi-hat pattern that has become a staple in the R&B genre. There are so many different types of R&B artists but I would say this is more of that hip-hop-inspired side. EB3N’s voice takes this track to another level. It’s one of the main standout features of this track. His angelic voice is just so pure and so undeniable. His vocal range is fantastic, you can hear some harmonies throughout the song bringing some depth and character to the track. His cadence is on the higher spectrum, which for his lane of music is perfect. I love how he handles his voice, he has really found that pocket that just works. He isn’t trying to be something he’s not and that’s enough to get anyone's respect. The mixing and mastering behind this track are also done to perfection and precision. There are really no drawbacks here and nothing I can point out, just quality music. I can’t wait to see what else he has in store for us this year, an album would take over the city.
