Lil Ot just dropped his latest banger titled “Greatest.” Lil Ot is one of the most consistent artists in the city, the only one that is on that level is Duvy who he works closely. His music over these past months has been hot after hit, with no misses just memorable tracks after memorable tracks. He’s the Toronto Lil Baby. Just super consistent and super digestible in content. He does be spitting some crazy bars about the opps but that comes with the game, he is not the first or the last to do that. His affiliations do support his look and his past as I mentioned in previous articles is something that speaks for itself. There is no arguing Lil Ot is certified in the music game with his quality and his reach as well as his name in the streets. But that is something we don’t need to get into. “Greatest” feels like the one, the track that put me on to him was released back in 2020 titled “Letter 2 my Dawg” which was and still is one of his highest quality and most memorable pieces to date. Ever since he just continues to create ways and music that just echoes through the city. Quality production is something that plays a big role in making a Lil Ot track. The beat on this track is superb, with the hard-hitting 808 patterns and the simple yet memorable chord progression just making for an unforgettable experience. Lil Ot’s music videos are some of the best in the city, my guy Lawraines shoots a lot of Ot’s videos. The quality and excitement in these videos are what always hits hard. The videos really help elevate the music and put Ot on a larger stage. Ot needs to drop an album, I feel like it’s time for something major, people are waiting. an album would definitely propel him into even more stardom and give him a stronger look in the industry. I’m excited to see what he does next and what other tracks or collaborations he got cooking up.
