TrillNagi is a brilliant faceted recording artist from the city with the skills to make HipHop, spacey R&B, and trappy pop music, as he himself mentioned. I can see he's developed his own sound and approach over the last two years; it's hard to believe his first release was only in early 2020. That doesn't imply he picked up the microphone at that point, but it was his first official release. His discography isn't extensive, but I know Trill prefers quality above quantity, which is admirable in the art form, but the music industry these days advances quickly. So I'm hoping for more releases this year and in the future. His discography started with the single titled “Wake Up”. This is a melodic trap single that shows he had just started recording music and was still figuring out his own sound and style. The quality of the first single is excellent; everything from the mixing to the delivery and overall production was flawless. This would continue with "Pull Up," which featured Chri$ Trill. This song has a completely different vibe to the last one; it's slower and more melodic, with a great and memorable hook and some well-executed lyrics on the verse. "Turn They Back" was the third and final single for the year 2020, and it was a combination of the first two; it was a melodic hip-hop track that was his best work to date, from production to style and delivery. This was his best work sonically at the time, but he had just begun to make music so his abilities would only get better with each release. That brings us to 2021 when we only received two singles: "Glock wit a Beam" and "Dirty Diana." Both tracks presented a richer version of Trill, a matured and refined version of Trill. The confidence is evident, and you can hear it through the speakers. He had truly stepped up.  "Dirty Diana" was the R&B tune Trill added to the mix early on, demonstrating his actual talents and versatility as an artist. Even though there were only two tunes released this year, they were so well executed that people didn't care.  So far, 2022 has only released one track titled, "I Can't Love." This is undoubtedly his best work on all fronts. This track is a surefire radio smash hit and a playlist staple. I'm looking forward to seeing where he goes from here. So far, he's provided some fantastic music, and I predict a bright future for Trill. I'm looking forward to seeing what he has in store for us next.
