Ghostly Tonez is a young Toronto artist coming from the Eastside. Tonez is a very versatile artist, this is a trend these days. Versatility is super important and seeing more and more artists having that is excellent. The talent really shines here, he is good in all of the styles he has tried. His melodic tone and lyrics are great with new and interesting variations. His career has been moving since 2016 when he released his early project titled “UNKNOWN” (EP) in (2016). He has more recent work like “Stay Low”, “Ain’t The Same” & “RIDE”. My personal favorite is “Understand Me” from his debut album titled “Too Many Issues”. The track has that modern lyrical harmonic rap. The beat goes off with the smooth & clean flow of Tonez. The hook is extremely catchy and has a big potential of going far, it’s radio-ready and would definitely be a pleasant addition to most hip hop playlists. Tonez has a very important talent that is mostly overlooked by many artists and labels and that how to put together a song. His catchy hooks and melodies are what make the music stand out and stick in people’s minds. This is a key element of any music creating a process that I can see Tonez has already got his way around. “Too Many Issues” is a well-put-together project and a perfect example of why you should be on the lookout for Tonez in the near future. But this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t show him love and support now. Give him the flowers he deserves but definitely stay tuned for what’s to come next. Tonez has a bright future and I can’t wait to see where he takes his career from here.
