This is a fantastic and unexpected collaboration. One that I didn’t know I needed. Zach and Speng created a smash hit titled "Paving The Way". This track deserves a lot more recognition and love from the fans. It’s a masterpiece on every level. It has a lot of moving parts that all work together to create something moving. Zach just does not have a terrible hook. It's always rich, powerful, and infectious. It has never failed to get stuck in my head, after countless attempts it always ends up getting stuck in my head. Now that’s a testament to Zach’s writing and performance to be able to do something like that. Zach is definitely on the edge of breaking through. His single "Paving The Way" is one of those tracks that with the right push would have been career changing but that doesn’t mean it’s not a classic.

This song is, as I already stated, a fantastic combination of melodic singing and lyrical rapping. Speng is one of the top rappers in the city right now. His tone is polished, distinct, and unique. His forceful delivery and quick flows add energy and flavor to the mix, creating a one-of-a-kind experience. Speng does put his voice to use in a lot of his raps. He brings this lyrical approach to his music and it’s a perfect blend of sounds. Spengs verse is definitely the other highlight of the track besides from Zach’s hook. It reminds me of Wayne. It’s so well constructed and delivered. The cadence is so distinct and refined that it’s hard to believe I’m listening to Speng. The track starts off with building up instrumentals and Zach building the energy until the beat drops and he gets into his verse. The track is a mix of emotions and a mix of energy levels. It keeps you engaged even though it's a 3 minute Run time. It’s actually the perfect length. I had to spin it like 8 times in a row to get satisfied. Most music is short for attention span reasons and it helps replay value but this track was so well contracted, it didn’t get repetitive and gave us something new and fresh all throughout the track. The Hook was the only thing that was consistent but it was written so well that it became one of the highlights of the tracks rather than a downside like a lot of other tracks. Can’t wait to hear what these two have in store for us next.
