Mazzi truly has something remarkable on his hands; his pain and his past can be transformed into music that will help spark the transformation he wishes to see in his youth. He has a great voice for it, and I believe he should do more of it rather than the trap music. Even the public agrees; in its first five days, the official video has received over 334,000 views on YouTube. People are talking about Mazzi and this project. People are really into this record for a variety of reasons, but the raw and brutal reality behind every phrase is what stands out. The tune begins with a cinematic instrumental that sets the tone for the rest of the song. The beat provides the necessary backbone and enhances the intensity. Mazzi delivers his confident and forceful verse in a passionate and melodic voice. His vocal range is excellent, and he looks very promising. In this track, he uses some amazing vocal tonality that elevates the topic and brings out the pain in his voice. This is what I feel stands out about this track, but the music video is where things take a huge step forward. The imagery brings Mazzi's world to life. Carlton Visuals did his thing and gave the city of the best hood videos of the year. Mazzi has created a classic, and it's only the beginning. I'm looking forward to seeing his career take off and grow. All he has to do is be consistent. People are paying attention, and they are watching and listening. The potential is through the roof and I hope Mazzi takes his music to the stars.
