Tristan is a 20-year-old Toronto artist based in Ajax, Ontario. Tristan is a very talented artist with a great voice and great storytelling. His music is very catchy and has a very inspirational message behind it. I love how he is bringing you on his journey through his perspective and the things he’s going through as well as the things he overcame. “ Never on to” is Tristan’s first released track on Spotify and has that motivational aspect where he overcame the hatred that our city of Toronto has. The hatred in our city is very real and continues to thrive. Just in the last year alone, we lost at least 6 Toronto artists. This is a crazy number for Toronto, the number has never been so high. It’s like it’s hunting season for rappers. RIP to the fallen. The aspect that Tristan overcame the hatred is good and it’s important to be able to push your career forward, like being able to move into the US scene. Tristan is a versatile artist, he got a great singing voice but he can also deliver heavy bars like a real rapper. This versatility will mean he can grow a much bigger fan base and also never get bored of his own music. Getting burned out is a true fact in any industry but it’s important to diversify and try new things. “Weighted on” is a fantastic track that gets you into a vibe. The super catchy lyrics and smooth delivery is what really makes him stand out. It’s only a matter of time when Tristan blows up, he need more promotion on his side and I can definitely see him success. Dario is the featured artists on the track “Weighted on”, comes in strong and keeps the momentum and vibe going. Tristan is definitely an artist to keep an eye on moving forward. I can see him reaching high levels of success in Canada and in the United states.
