Adrian Dey gave an outstanding performance on his latest single, "Something To Give." He has a wonderfully refined cadence with gritty undertones but an angelic overtone that just sounds fantastic. I love his flows and melodies throughout the track. He changes them throughout the track bringing new levels of complexity and excitement. I feel like there is an overflow of melodic rap and R&B tracks so it’s great to see him bringing different elements to spice things up and bring new ideas to the table while still maintaining the memorable and catchy tone. Spyros Georgiou and Conor Claflin's outstanding production elevates his addictive sound, which gets you locked in. They also provided a wonderful instrumental/beat that brought the energy and set the tone right away with those muffled trumpets and the thump of the drums. This track has a lot of replay value, it has a fantastic vibe to it, and it also has a lot of lyrical substance for the more conscious listeners. Adrian really brings different aspects and sounds together to produce a mix that is not only unique to him but also new and exciting for the city. He has this voice that would fit in trap mixes and some more lyrical rap while also being in this more melodic/ vocal R&B lane. He has this crazy blend that I feel sticks out and makes his approach stand out. But I’m excited to hear what else he has in store for us. A full-length project would be a great idea and something that I’m certain the rest of the fans would love to hear as well.
