NC Showtime is a 22-year-old Toronto artist based in Toronto, Ontario. Showtime is close friends with Pharroh, a fellow Toronto artist. They both work together and support each other. They have been working together for a long time, appearing in each other’s music videos and having tracks together. They use the NC as a group name and they continue to create bangers. Showtime carries himself very well on the mic, definitely has raw talent. Showtime is still working on getting a breakout hit record but with a few more banger releases he can definitely do it. Showtimes’ latest release was an album titled “Going Hollywood” the second album for 2020 is his best work yet. Tracks like “Toe tag”, “Hollywood” & “Fast lane” are some of the best-produced and sounding tracks from his library. He has definitely stepped up his game and is making music that can reach a higher number of people. These tracks seem to tell stories that make the music more immersive and interesting to listen to. For example, the track titled “Fast Lane” has detailed lyrics about drive-by shootings and homies getting locked up. The storytelling is definitely on point. All he needs now is high-quality story-based visuals to push the stories in his track, he can definitely gather more attention in Toronto and attention from the US. Storytelling music might not be what’s on the trending list but it’s one of the biggest most enjoyed types of music and videos to watch. We are heading into 2021 and the grind is not over, 2021 seems to be the year for NC Showtime and the crew, and with continued consistent quality releases and high-end visuals, he will definitely start growing exponentially. NC Showtime is definitely someone to look out for as being one of the next top Toronto artists.
