Deshaun is a 19-year-old Toronto artist based in Scarborough, Ontario. Deshaun is a very talented young artist with a beautiful voice and a lot of potentials. His music reminds me of “Rod Wave”, just a nice full voice with beautiful melodies and an overall great singing voice. Deshaun is still just getting started in his career. His latest release titled “love and affection” is one of his best tracks. A nice relatable track with emotion and talks about things that normal people experience. Relatable music is always what wins when it comes to having a fan base. Deshaun is an artist that I feel would be successful with a smaller but more devoted audience. From his monthly Spotify listeners and his relatable music, I can tell Deshaun already has a fan base that really enjoys his music. This is something very few have at his size and level. He needs to continue to emphasize this and work on building that genuine fan base. Toronto is a very beautiful and vibrant city with a lot of amazing talent, Deshaun being one of them. I feel his music is better than a lot of others in his category. I want to see him make more music on a more consistent schedule with more dope relatable singles like “love and affection” and “side n#$%@”. I can’t wait to see what he does next and hopefully, we will collaborate at some point.
